Terms Of Service


100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: With the goal of controlling pests, It’s often not if the pests come back but when. Customer agrees and acknowledges that subsequent treatments may be needed to bring certain pest infestations under control. If the Customer experiences pest control issues between pest control treatments, Grand Slam Pest Control will re-treat the problem area at no additional charge provided customer is in compliance with the provisions of this agreement. Depending upon the time of year, the neighboring areas and type of structure, Grand Slam Pest Control LLC may need to re-treat a problem area several times to control the pest problem area. Grand Slam Pest Contorl LLC shall use reasonable efforts to meet any performance dates and any such dates shall be estimates only.


GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Contract between Company (Grand Slam Pest Control LLC) and Customer (homeowner / purchaser) covers only the primary structure i.e. home and attached or detached garage. (No fences, detached garages, out-buildings, or other building or construction at the above address are covered by this Contract unless specified in writing.

LIMITATIONS AND CUSTOMER COOPERATION: Although Grand Slam Pest Control LLC agrees to return and retreat affected areas, we cannot guarantee against re-infestations of pests from neighboring areas, nor guarantee complete elimination of pests.The cooperation of the customer is of the utmost importance to ensure we can provide the highest quality control of included pests. 

Customer shall:

  • Cooperate with Grand Slam Pest Control LLC in all matters relating to the Services and provide access to Customer’s premises for the purposes of performing the Services, including, but not limited to, securing animals and unlocking gates for the performance of the Services

  • Respond promptly to any Grand Slam Pest Control LLC request to provide direction, information or access that are reasonably necessary for Grand Slam Pest Control LLC to perform Services in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement.

  • Correct any conducive conditions pointed out by Grand Slam Pest Control technicians to reduce conditions that promote the harborage and or breading of pests. Failure to correct these conditions may void this agreement and or require additional treatments at and added expanse by the customer

  • Consult your family physician if someone in your household is sensitive to odors or chemicals since virtually all pesticides have some odor that may be present for a short time after treatment application. 

ACCESSIBILITY: Please make sure animals are secured, and the gates are unlocked for service. If the premises are not available for treatment on service day the customer will be notified on inability to treat. After two attempts to treat the property a trip fee may be charged to the customer. Please note that receiving additional service between treatments will not alter the original quarterly service schedule.

INITIAL TERM RENEWLE: (Term customer): The term of service shall be a period one month, quarterly and or yearly to be determined upon initial treatment and or package selected. Thereafter, this Agreement shall automatically renew without notice of cancelation. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing the other party with at least 30 days advance written notice. 

TERM OF SERVICE FOR ONE TIME SERVICE CLIENTS: The term of this agreement is for one month after the date of the one-time treatment. After that time Grand Slam Pest Control LLC has no further responsibility to treat for pests unless a new agreement is signed. If a customer wishes to extend the contract to a monthly / quarterly basis the Customer must contact our offices to be placed on a recurring service plan. 

FEES: The customer shall pay the fees for Initial Service and or one time service at time of first visit. Subsequent fees will be billed monthly or quarterly basis  via auto pay unless otherwise agreed upon. Any request to pay via cash or check must be agreed upon at time of initial service. Failure to pay for service. Grand Slam Pest Control LLC reserves the right to adjust its prices at any point in time. Should any change in prices be made written notice from Grand Slam Pest Control LLC will be made to the customer no less than 30 days in advance. 

PEST CONTROL SERVICES: Grand Slam Pest Control LLC Offers Three Packages of pest control (Home Run, MVP and Grand Slam) The package selected by the customer will determine the services provided quarterly basis. Packages can be upgraded and downgraded at any time with 30 days written notice with the EXCEPTION of termite prevention segment. Should the customer want to downgrade from the MVP package the Termite prevention will fall under the Termite prevention terms of service that is noted on the Termite prevention agreement. ALL Termite prevention is a contract term of (1) Year from the date signed. 

Pest Control Service Plan Descriptions:

  • Home Run: Quarterly service for general pest, Exterior spider De-Webbing, Stinging insects within 10feet of the home and Fire Ants within 10 feet of the home. The home run package also includes a 5% discount on all add-on services. 


  • MVP: All services listed in Bronze with added Termite Prevention system. (Termite prevention agreement must be signed and agreed upon) The MVP package also includes a 10% discount on all add-on services. 

  • Grand Slam: All services found in the Home Run package including rodent control and whole yard treatment for fire ants, fleas and ticks. The Grand Slam package also includes a 15% discount on all add-on services. 


Add-On services and Individual services:  Grand Slam Pest Control offers an array of services for our clients. All our services can be selected as an add-on to a package and or as a one time or stand alone service. 

PESTS CONTROLLED: Grand Slam Pest Control LLC shall control for and mitigate against infestations of standard pests including most common roaches, ants, mice and or rats located in and around the structures on the purchaser’s premises through delivery of regular and pest control services based on the package or service selected by the client. For an additional charge, Grand Slam Pest Control LLC shall control and mitigate against non-standard pests subject to a case by case basis. In NO circumstance shall Grand Slam Pest Control LLC have ANY obligation whether expressed or implied to cover any damage to any structure or contents on or within the location premises caused by any pests or to compensate the customer of any such damages.


EXCLUDED PESTS: Grand Slam Pest Control LLC shall have no obligation to control for or mitigate against the following pests under general pest control quarter services: All Termites unless Termite prevention is selected (subterranean, Formosan, drywood, dampwood, etc.), all wood boring beetles, bed bugs, and mosquitoes. All these excluded pests are subject to additional cost to the customer.

WASP COVERAGE: The Services include exterminating visible exterior wasp nests (up to 20 feet from ground) but do not include removing bees’ nests, wasps or bees’ nests inside walls or soffit areas.

INFESTATIONS: Infestations defined as 1)-The occurrence of one or more pest species in an area or located where their numbers and impact are currently or potently intolerable or pose a life safety condition. 2) A sudden increase in destructiveness or population numbers of a pest species in a given area such as the residence or yard. These conditions will usually require multipole treatments and a plan of treatment will be determined on a case-by-case basis upon initial inspection of the property. Infestations are not covered under the general pest control agreements however, once the infestation is treated and deemed under control the customer can and is highly encouraged to extend the service period to be placed on a service plan for continued control of pests on the property. 

INITIAL SERVICE AND SUBSEQUENT SERVICES: On the initial (first) visit, Grand Slam Pest Control LLC will apply pesticides to both to the interior and exterior of any structures on the premises. For all subsequent scheduled services Grand Slam Pest Control LLC will provide exterior service ONLY every three months (once a quarter) during the calendar year. Should an issue arise on the interior Grand Slam Pest Control LLC will treat the interior upon request by the customer. 

CHANGE IN LAW: Grand Slam Pest Control LLC will perform its services in accordance with the requirements of law. In the event of a change in existing law as it pertains to the Services herein, Grand Slam Pest Control LLC reserves the right too revise the services provided, and or terminate services to ensure continued compliance with local, state and or federal law. 

WAIVERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The customers expressly waives and releases Grand Slam Pest Control LLC from liability for any claim for personal injury including but not limited to (including stings, bites, or illnesses) or property damage (to the structure or contents) caused by wood destroying organisms, fire ants, pharaoh ants, spiders, ticks, fleas, wasps, bees or other pests listed on this agreement. Customer waives any claim for damage or injury unless made in writing within (3) months of treatment or incident. In no event shall Grand Slam Pest Control LLC be liable to customer or to any third party for any loss of use, revenue or profit or for any consequential, incidental, indirect, exemplary, special or punitive damages whether arising out of breach of contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and whether or not Grand Slam Pest Control LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and notwithstanding the failure of any agreed or other remedy of its essential purpose. In no event shall Grand Slam Pest Control LLC’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to this agreement, whether arising out of or related to breach of contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, exceed the aggregate amounts paid or payable to Grand Slam Pest Control LLC pursuant to this agreement during the twelve (3) month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.


DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND BINDING ARBITRATION: Customer and Grand Slam Pest Control LLC are agreeing to give up any rights to litigate claims in a court or before a jury, or to participate in a class action or representative action with respect to a claim. In the event a dispute cannot be resolved by the customer and the Inspector, the parties agree that any dispute or controversy shall be resolved by mandatory and binding arbitration administered by the Construction Dispute Resolution Services (“CDRS”) pursuant to Chapter 171 of the Texas Civil Practice & Remedies Code and in accordance with this arbitration agreement and the commercial arbitration rules of the AAA.

TRANSFERS: Services may continue to transfer from one home to another upon written request by the customer (additional charges may be required) as long as the new home is within Grand Slam Pest Control LLC service area. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Grand Slam Pest Control LLC of a planed move so Grand Slam Pest Control can collect any of their property i.e. rodent traps, termite bait stations etc. 

CHEMICAL SENSITIVITY: If Customer or other occupants of the structure(s) or adjacent buildings believe they are or may be sensitive to pesticides/termiticides or their odors, Customer must notify Company in writing, in advance of treatment, including whether Customer or other occupants have consulted with a medical doctor or other healthcare provider regarding such sensitivity.  Company reserves the right, upon receipt of such notification, to deny or terminate service.  Failure to provide notification represents Customer=s assumption of risk and waiver of any claims against Company in connection with such sensitivity.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: To the maximum extent permitted by law, except for the express warranties and representations expressly made by Grand Slam Pest Control LLC in writing these terms or your contract, Grand Slam Pest Control LLC is providing all services and products on an “AS IS” basis, and is not making and disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.

MISCELLANEOUS: If any term or provision of this Agreement is invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of this Agreement or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction. Provisions of these Terms, which by their nature should apply beyond their terms, will remain in force after any termination or expiration of this Agreement including, but not limited to, the following provisions: Governing Law, Arbitration and Survival. This Agreement may only be amended or modified in a writing which specifically states that it amends this Agreement and is signed by an authorized representative of each party. The Agreement comprise the entire agreement between the parties, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, negotiations, representations and warranties, and communications, both written and oral. Customer is not relying on any representations, warranties, agreements, or understandings, other than those specifically set forth in writing in these terms of the Customer’s contract. All matters arising out of or relating to this Agreement are governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Texas. No waiver by Grand Slam Pest Control LLC of any of the provisions of this Agreement is effective unless explicitly set forth in writing and signed by Grand Slam Pest Control LLC.
