Only ONE (1) entry per address / household

Are 18 years of age or older

Prize: The winner will receive one free pest control spray of their home. The prize, as defined in the terms, is non-transferable, and there will be no cash alternatives to it. Grand Slam Pest Control LLC reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product or service of equal value.
